Individual Therapy
Individual therapy is a space just for you – a safe, private environment where you can explore your thoughts, feelings, and experiences. It’s a place to better understand yourself, to process what’s challenging, and to find tools to manage life’s ups and downs.
Therapy isn’t about “fixing” you; it’s about empowering you to navigate life with more clarity, resilience, and self-compassion. Whether you’re facing specific struggles or simply want a deeper understanding of yourself, therapy can be a transformative journey toward greater well-being.

Do you feel stuck about a major decision you need to make?
Whether you’re navigating a major change or dealing with everyday stressors, therapy can help you manage feelings of overwhelm, reduce anxiety, and gain clarity. Do you constantly doubt yourself, even when others see your worth?
Do you struggle with negative self-talk and feelings of not being “good enough”?
Are you afraid to take up space or advocate for yourself at work or in relationships?
Do you feel like you have to prove yourself to be valued or accepted?
Struggling with self-esteem can make everyday life feel exhausting — constantly questioning yourself, comparing your success to others, or feeling like you’ll never be “enough.” Therapy provides a space to break free from these patterns. Together, we’ll explore the roots of your self-doubt, challenge unhelpful beliefs, and build self-compassion. You’ll learn how to recognize your worth beyond achievements, set boundaries with confidence, and develop a mindset that empowers you rather than holds you back. You deserve to feel secure in who you are, and therapy can help you get there.
-
Do you find yourself in unhealthy relationship patterns but aren’t sure how to break them?
Do you struggle with setting boundaries or feel guilty for putting your needs first?
Are you afraid of conflict and often avoid difficult conversations, even when something is bothering you?
Do you feel anxious about relationships, whether it’s fear of abandonment, trust issues, or difficulty feeling secure?
Relationships — whether romantic, family, or friendships can be a source of love and support, but they can also bring stress, conflict or self-doubt. If you find yourself struggling with communication, boundaries, or emotional security, therapy can help. Together, we’ll explore the patterns and experiences that shape your relationships, identify what’s keeping you stuck, and develop skills to build healthier, more fulfilling connections. You deserve relationships where you feel valued, respected, and emotionally safe, and therapy can guide you toward that.
-
Do you have trouble falling asleep, even when you’re tired?
Do you wake up in the middle of the night and struggle to fall back asleep?
Do you dread going to bed because you’re afraid you won’t sleep well?
Therapy can be highly effective in treating insomnia by helping you uncover the underlying causes of your sleep difficulties, such as stress, anxiety, or negative thought patterns. In our work together, I can help you learn to change unhelpful sleep habits, quiet your mind at bedtime, and create a healthier sleep routine.

You deserve a space to feel seen, heard, and understood.
Therapeutic Approaches
Getting Started
Step 1: Schedule a free 15-minute consultation call
During our call, we will review what is bringing you in for therapy and how I can help. I’ll answer any questions you have and we can decide if you think it’s a good fit. If it is, we will book our initial therapy appointment and get your journey started.
Step 2: Attend initial therapy sessions (1-3 sessions)
During these initial sessions, we will clarify your treatment goals to make sure we are working towards them. I really focus on strengthening the therapeutic relationship so that you feel comfortable moving forward in therapy.
Step 3: Continue sessions and review progress
Throughout our therapy sessions we will continue to monitor progress and measure changes. I want to make sure you get the most out of our sessions and welcome feedback so that I can continue to provide a space that is both empathetic and challenging that leads to growth.
